One final STAAR. New strategies.
Plans and materials for all 10 days.

Rockin’ Review: Farewell Tour

This is the last spring Texas students will take STAAR before the new Student Success Tool (SST) takes the stage. We’re not saying goodbye to STAAR with a farewell tour; we’re bringing something new to this final Rockin’ Review. We’re sharpening our focus to meet students where they are during review while maintaining the powerful 10-day framework you’ve come to rely on. We’re bringing new strategies that reflect the range of complexity STAAR requires, giving teachers more ways to support student success and growth. Whether you’ve been rocking with us for years or you’re building your first 10-day plan, this is the year to bring your team together around what works now and what comes next.

THE SETLIST

one day. your entire 10-day review planned.

Every content area, every tested grade level. You'll leave with:

  • A complete, ready-to-use 10-day review plan for your content area
  • The high-impact topics state data tells us are most likely to be tested, so you're not guessing where to focus
  • Content and grade-specific strategies already filled in and ready to use with your students
  • Multiple ways to review each topic, with strategies across different levels of complexity and entry points for different learners
  • A clear connection to SST so you can see what continues beyond STAAR

BRING THE BAND

Rockin' Review works best when teams learn and plan together.

  • Bring a campus crew that includes:
  • At least one teacher from each content area
  • A campus leader who can help carry the work forward
  • Staff who support special education and emergent bilingual students

Or send your instructional coaches and leaders to bring the learning back and turn it around across your campus or district.
